OUR MASSAGE TECHNIQUES
In Balinese massage, pushing techniques is predominate, working very deeply to ease muscle and joint pain, and is performed on a mattress / on the bed. It is very flexible as you can also choose to do it in a sitting position if you don't feel comfortable lying down while having the massage.
Balinese massage relies upon deep pressure massage to break down tensely knotted tissue. Deep thumb pushing along each individual muscle is designed to give thorough stimulation to the soft tissues. All soft tissue work, intuitively follows the course of the Chinese energy meridians, and it is a highly effective treatment for injuries. The oil used for Indonesian massage, is strongly therapeutic, and has a beneficial effect on the body’s circulation and lymphatic system by releasing its regenerative and self-healing powers.
