An AEP is a university-qualified professional who prescribes exercise to improve health and fitness. Active U is mainly focussed on helping people achieving their fitness goals. There will be classes set up to suit any level of fitness. The classes are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and give you inspiration to keep going and help you feel better inside and out.
