My body-heart-mind has been softly digesting the learnings and recent immersion at a 4 day study retreat into Nāda Yoga (the yoga of sound), meditation, mantra and sound healing with two dear teachers, .
The ways of modern living often shake me.
The fast pace,
the pressure to perform,
the noise of media and constant input can quietly disconnect us on a soul level.
Perhaps you’ve felt it too—the stretch between doing and being, the ache for something quieter, truer.
Retreating offers sacred space to pause.
To dissolve accumulated stress, to tend to the parts of us weathered by life.
It is here, in stillness, that we listen deeply.
🤍We remember who we are beneath the noise.
This retreat reminded me how essential it is to live from the heart—
to nurture my connection to the soul,
to feel glimmers of the eternal presence within.
🔥I want to channel life from that space, even when it scares or confuses me.
To stumble. To surrender.
To find my voice again and again.
To not tend to this would be a lie unto myself,
a waste of my motherhood journey,
a disservice to our collective evolution.
May this be a soft reminder—
to embrace life, even in its messiness.
To feel deeply. To return home to the heart often.
As I integrate these teachings and experiences, I invite you to join me. Let’s carve out moments to retreat, to practice, to breathe and to realign with our deepest truest selves. To honour this one precious life and the collective journey we share.
