Trying to have some time out can be hard, especially with the cost of living. So I’m taking $25 all my treatments every Tuesday & Friday for my

Although it might not be much it can definitely help the budget.

As the massage comes to an end, the body rests in stillness, the muscles are at ease, and the mind settles into quiet. Breath flows freely, energy moves with grace, and the spirit returns to a place of deep peace and balance.

This is what the body is capable of if you let go during your massage regardless if you come for relaxation or deep tissue work. I believe no massage should be painful it’s in our breath, the release to let go.
