Most OT roles expect you to be a generalist, juggling everything from equipment prescriptions to home mods to sensory assessments. But what if you could specialise and go deep in an area that genuinely interests you?

At Movementum, we're looking for an OT who wants to develop expertise in working with people with physical disabilities and manual handling best practice. You'll provide clinical services (equipment, functional assessments, care reviews) while also getting involved in training support workers and care providers to deliver safer, more dignified care.

We're a small OT-led practice celebrating 10 years in 2026, based in the Illawarra and Campbelltown regions. Our core purpose is Safe Work, Quality Care, and everything we do centres on creating environments where quality care can actually happen.

Your client's physical needs have changed, but the care routine hasn't quite caught up yet.

Maybe they're less mobile than they were six months ago. Maybe they're using equipment differently. Maybe what worked well at the start isn't working anymore.

This is where service reviews make a real difference.

We assess what's changed, identify new risks, update routines and documentation, and work with your team to adjust their approach.
