When youβre needing calm and kindness this Connection to Heart energy practice is for you π you may like to set a timer for 5 minutes - adjust this time to suit.
Sit comfortably upright in a chair; close eyes; place your hands gently on your heart with the intent of holding yourself with love and compassion; breathing in and out through the nose.
On each inhale your belly expands (rises) and with each exhale your belly falls;
breathe in this way at a gentle pace, keeping your focus on holding yourself with love, compassion and acceptance.
This practice brings a deep sense of calm and connection to self. ππππ
