🌸 International Women’s Day 🌸

Today I’m celebrating the incredible women who shape our lives.

This beautiful moment was captured when my daughter Elke surprised me with flowers to celebrate the opening of my new women’s health clinic. It was a reminder that behind every woman’s journey are the relationships that support and strengthen us.

At Matremaga Physiotherapy, supporting women through every stage of life — from pregnancy and postpartum recovery to midlife and beyond — is at the heart of everything we do.

Today we celebrate the strength, care, resilience and connection between women.

And I feel so grateful to be part of this community. 🤍

Hi ladies…back to the internet after some time in the wild with my brave daughter this week. This adventure filled up my cup after a month of juggling work and school holidays. As 2026 properly “begins” this week I’m looking forward to reconnecting with my patients, their new babies and my social media.
