We are here āpōpō e te iwi, to tautoko our tangata whenua

He pānui tēnei ❤️💛🖤

Hey, beautiful people 🌿✨️

We’re opening the Healing Tent at the Share The Spirit Festival because our people deserve rest, care and a circle that holds us strong. After heavy times and harm felt across community, we choose to meet it with culture, medicine and each other.

Healers (of all backgrounds) — we’re calling you in. Bring your gifts, your time, your steady presence. Sit with us. Offer what you can. Stay as you’re able. Together, we build the circle that will hold our people now and long after this weekend.

We gather to:

🌿 Stand in sovereignty and pride

🌿 Make space for grief, rage, hope and repair

🌿 Honour Elders and protect our young ones

🌿 Remember that healing is our right, our responsibility and our power

We’ll be healing alongside Irihipeti Waretini and Ahikāroa Māori Healing, our ways together across lands and waters — mirimiri, rongoā, yarning, song, breath, prayer, quiet presence. Different paths, one purpose: lift our mob and keep the fire burning.

🗓 Event Date: Monday 26 January 2026 (Public Holiday)
🕛 Event Time: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📍 Event Location: Treasury Gardens near Parliament of Victoria, 2–18 Spring Street, East Melbourne

What you’ll find in the space:

🌿 Hands-on healing and grounding practices

🌿 Yarns, story and song for the soul

🌿 A quiet corner to breathe and be

🌿 Support for those carrying Sorry Business and stress

🌿 A culturally safe space held with consent, respect and confidentiality

🌿 Products and referrals

Protocols: Elders first, children welcome with caregivers. Ask before touch. No filming or photos in the tent. Alcohol- and drug-free. Come gently, leave kindly.

📧 To offer support or join the roster: community@mindfulmobwellness.com
🙏🏾 We encourage Allies to donate to Songlines Aboriginal Music

For our Ancestors. For our children. For each other.

🌱Te Ara o te Rongoā Wānanga🌱
Three day noho

We are excited to be opening the space for Te Ara o te Rongoā, a three day noho wānanga held over the long weekend in March.

🌿Saturday 7 March to Monday 9 March🌿

This three day noho marks a new offering for us, created in response to what has been asked for and ready to be held.

Held in a marae style noho, we will live, eat, learn, and reflect together over three days. The wānanga moves between kōrero, embodied practice, reflection, and rest, creating space for integration rather than rush.

🌱Te Ara o te Rongoā brings together mirimiri, romiromi, matakite, connection to whenua and te taiao, and an understanding of how rongoā is carried into everyday life. For those living away from home, this space offers an opportunity to reconnect with whakapapa and culture. This wānanga is also open to the wider community who feel called to learn respectfully and in relationship.
