We're in a time where anything that doesn't have heart consciousness within it will not survive. It may try to overthrow or control for a series of years, but it literally can't survive; consciousness-wise, where the planet is going, that won't be allowed to survive. We're in a very slow death of judgmental energy that we were all trained into. And I don't know about you, but judgment towards ourselves is such a disease for so many of us that we all inherited, and we've had to work through layers of. My guides, the Z's, always say that if you catch yourself judging yourself, know that you're stopping yourself and stopping your progress.

That's very different to reflecting and going, "Oh, I could do that better next time. Oh, I see what I did there, I'm going to do that slightly differently next time." But when you're judging yourself and being hard and attacking yourself, you're stopping your progress. They say if you catch yourself judging yourself, that's fine, but also create another part of you that is just aware of the judgment and that loves you regardless of this aspect of you that wants to judge.

Wisdom is the world that we can host in ourselves. This is love.

Love is the sole motivation which allows us to become social healers, entrepreneurs, and leaders of new innovative movements. Love is the power which allows us to care for the world. It is the foundation upon which social transformation rests.

As social healers and leaders we have to examine our motivations. In doing so, we find out that what we want to change outside is what also needs to be changed inside. The more awareness we have of this, the more transformational our actions will be.

After decades of fighting to end native forest logging in Victoria, the Victorian Forest Alliance and wildlife activists, including Koala Clancy Foundation, are thrilled at the news that logging will cease by the end of 2023!

The Victorian Government's initial deadline to cease the logging of native forests was 2030, which coincided with our goal to plant 300,000 trees by 2030. Despite how hard we knew it would be to achieve that target, it was never going to make up for the mature habitat lost after another decade of logging. Now, that mature forest is staying. And our new trees will add to it.

It's vitally important, now, more than ever, that we get as many trees in the ground as soon as possible. We have decades and decades of relentless habitat destruction and deforestation to make up for. Koalas and other wildlife are barely holding on - let's give them a fighting chance of survival.

With this announcement comes an enormous sense of hope - hope for the dwindling koala populations who are trying to stay alive in the face of climate change. Hope that community action can change government policies. It gives us confidence and certainty that our work is going to be a game-changer for wildlife.

The trees that we plant are giving koalas a future.

We are just a small team though, and we need as much support as we can get. Please, if you care for our native forests and the wonderful wildlife that resides within them - share our content, join us at a tree-planting event, or donate to our cause.

A donation to Koala Clancy Foundation is a tree in the ground - a tree that will make up a forest, that will slowly but surely rehabilitate the state that our koalas call home.

$10 plants one tree.

Life is in a constant tension between free energy and structure. What we are looking for is a healthy dynamic of etheric energy and moving forward, and also being able to ground that energy in life.

About Generative Yoga

There are still some pockets of Melbourne untouched by yoga. I wanted to bring yoga to such an area. Introduced to Merlynston by a friend, I felt its quaint charm and that it would be a great place to start a studio. When I came across St Linus’ Hall I knew this light-filled, high-ceilinged space that looks out upon the trees, and the quiet suburban street, would make a wonderful studio and a place from which to generate community, care, and connection.
