When traumatic or negative emotions pierce our auric fields, the last landing place they have is in your physical/etheric body.
By the time sadness, grief and anger have passed through the spiritual, mental and emotional fields, they have already been around for a while. When we feel pain, your body is saying "Hey...there is something here..." to us; it is a warning sign and a message from ourselves to work it out.
If you have pain in a part of your body, seemingly unrelated to activity it your life, there's a chance it is actually related to another aspect of yourself.
Kinesiology can help to experience the emotion in a safe and supported way, to acknowledge it and let it go. Often the pain is reduced dramatically in session, seeking release and dissipating when it's emotional cause is spoken aloud.
