Yesterday we received the very sad news of Shaun Gardener’s passing.
Shaun was a long term Iyengar yoga practitioner and teacher and also one of the nicest guys you’d ever meet. A true, genuine and humble human.
Shaun and I first met over 20 years at Clifton Hill Yoga Studio and we did our first ever assessment together. He was also a long time member of our Yogaville Thursday teacher’s practice group. Shaun taught for many years at Bridge Yoga Studio with Tony Rothberg and also taught classes with us at Yogaville. As well as a great colleague, Shaun was also a student of yoga and came on retreat with us to Bali.
We are sending big love to Shaun’s partner Penny and all his friends and family.
You’ll be missed by so many Shaun.
A true Yogi, rest in peace our friend
