Yalini is a Love Coach and is here to help your heart awaken to great love. Following years of experience working as a hypnotherapist and NLP coach, she has helped clients overcome their inner wounds, triggers and blocks so they could find true love within themselves. Through this process, clients were then able to attract love in the form of life partners and marriage. Helping clients cultivate and attract love is now her specialty and this is the gift she wants to share with you.

If you find yourself feeling alone on this Valentine’s Day, remember this: your worth is not tied to your relationship status.

Whether you’re single, in a relationship, or somewhere in-between, no-one else can define your lovability but you. And if you’ve forgotten, allow me to remind you, that you are a radiant, whole and complete being, worthy of love, simply for existing.

You don’t have to wait for someone else to complete you to feel whole. You have the opportunity to shower yourself with the love and kindness you deserve by luxuriating in what brings you joy. Perhaps it’s as simple as enjoying your favourite meal, some self-care, or quality time with friends.

Your past relationships don’t define you. And if you’ve been hurt and abused, this doesn’t diminish just how loveable you are. Everyone deserves to be loved and feel worthy of love.

This beautiful client came to me carrying the weight of her past traumas, fearing this was just her lot in life, to continue through a revolving door of traumatic relationships and pain.

She had been in therapy for over two years and it felt like nothing would work for her. But the way I show up for clients, doesn’t require you to re-live your pain and trauma. We focus on getting to the root cause of the problem, so it can be healed and released, easily and quickly.

I am so proud of this incredible soul for choosing to show up for herself, for freeing herself from her past and being ready to step into a new and brighter future that is replete with possibilities.

Here’s her experience in her own words:

“I’ve have just completed the 12-week, life changing couching course. When I first reached out to Yalini, I had found myself in yet another, traumatic relationship, repeating the same cycles and I had truly hit my rock bottom.

I have tried other more traditional, talk therapy before, which I just didn’t feel get to the WHY or help me shift my choices on a deeper level.

Being coached by Yalini, I was able to revisit my childhood and moments I didn’t even consciously remember, that were shaping and effecting my adult life and choices . Clearing the blocks, I was able to see exactly what was holding me back. It has been a deeply healing and transformational experience and I have felt loved and safe the whole time.

I now have tools and experiences I can use for the rest of my life. I look at myself with compassion and love. Internally, I am a different person, and I am now aligned to my authentic self, not trauma based thinking or actions.“

Instead of the old habits I shared in Part 1, here at the three things I do instead to feel whole.

They allow me to create a life of ease and fulfilment without having to ‘do more’ or ‘be more’. And instead of ‘doing it all’ I now choose quality over quantity in every area of my life.

I call self-love and acceptance the ultimate luxury because it’s what most people yearn to feel, and yet it feels perpetually out of reach.

I hope this share helps bring you one step closer to accessing it for yourself.

Remember, true luxury doesn’t conform, she breaks the mould and goes out to set a new standard.

Embrace your journey and live the life that you design.

Things I don’t do anymore to feel worthy...

In the quest for fulfilment and to feel like you’re ‘enough’, most of us have gone down the same path. Maybe it was seeking external validation to prove your worth, trying to fit into a societal mould that dictated how you should look, or chasing success as the path to happiness, where once you achieve this, or look like that, THEN you’ll be happy.

At least that’s what I used to do.

I used to constantly question my worth and felt inadequate. But now I feel whole, happy and relieved. Here are the simple shifts I made to achieve this... 👇

What I Don’t Do Anymore:

1. Seek External Validation: I’ve stopped looking to others for validation and approval to feel worthy.

Although it’s nice to receive positive feedback, relying on someone else to tell me I’m doing a good job or looking good is like chasing a drug, It leaves me always looking for my next hit to feel good. And if I don’t get it, then I risk feeling empty and down. No one should have that level of power over you.

2. Be the ‘good girl’: I’ve stopped doing things to be the ‘good girl’ and make others proud.

I grew up thinking that if I did what everyone else told me to do, then I would feel complete. Constantly being the ‘good girl’ for approval meant I was living for everyone else but me. It was like chasing another drug to mask the growing emptiness inside from not being my authentic self. Living to make others happy isn’t enough to make you happy.

3. Link success to happiness: I’ve stopped depending on success to validate me.

Ambition and achievement are incredible and feel good. But relying on this made my happiness forever contingent on something outside of me. And when I did reach that goal, the joy and relief was always fleeting. It was never enough, bringing me right back to square one.

💎 Releasing the pressure to look outside of myself for happiness has helped me feel free. Instead of living for others, I now live for myself.
