Yesterday I walked on fire. I stood in front of it, felt the heat on my skin, my heart racing, feeling a combination of fear and excitement and a feeling of i can do this, i am ready, and just like that i walked the 6 steps along the 200degree heat not feeling a thing. It was such an amazing experience that i went back for more and did it twice. The beautiful brave soul in the picture allowed me to post to this page.

I would encourage anyone to do this, step into your power be fearless, know you can conquer anything you put your mind to.

I would like to say thank you so much from my heart and soul Matthew for allowing me in your space to complete the fire walk it was truly one of the greatest experiences of my life in your space i felt held, safe, and more importantly seen for perhaps the first time in my life.
P.S I think I would have paid just to lay back and look at the stars they really put on a show for us last night and the milky way too.

I had been focusing purely on women for most of my life really. Alway's feeling a connection with women and helping women see their inner goddess. However this year there has been a shift and men are reaching out, men are opening up, and not only that more people are realising it too. Men are becoming stronger by becoming more vulnerable and and asking for help. I have been reaching out for male healers recently, so I can provide others with other healers that could be more suited to them.

I love this guy. An old friend got me to read his book "Becoming Supernatural". For me at the time it made me realise how I had changed my life around by myself. However for others, if you are feeling stuck, unhappy and not sure how to get out of this feeling and into your present/future this is a great book to read and potentially life changing if you want it to be. 🌈🥰

I love this guy. An old friend got me to read his book "Becoming Supernatural". For me at the time it made me realise how I had changed my life around by myself. However for others, if you are feeling stuck, unhappy and not sure how to get out of this feeling and into your present/future this is a great book to read and potentially life changing if you want it to be. 🌈🥰

When we can’t stop thinking about our problems, our mind and life merge. We become lost in the illusion of the dream.

We could call this a “rut,” but it goes much deeper than that. Along with our actions, our attitudes and feelings become repetitive. And we form the habit of being ourselves.

To change our lives, we must fundamentally change the ways we think, act, and feel. Because how we think, feel, and behave is – in essence – our personality. And our personality creates our personal reality. So, to create a new personal reality – a new life – we must create a new personality. We must become someone else.

Excellent ways to recharge and clear negative energy. All people attuned to Reiki can also use self reiki, and Reiki cleansing of the house too.
Also the lovely Aura cleanse taught in Reiki 1. 🌈🥰
