Life’s contrasts. Today the hoof babies are enjoying a day without rain or storms. They have been amazing and resilient. So inspiring how they demonstrate calm after the storm, emotionally regulating will ease. We have so much to learn from horses. A special mention to the local person who took the storm photo, I saved it as it was close to the paddock , I can’t find the post now but amazing shot .❤️

I heard this phrase today and thought wow, how true.

Having an EAP session will help bring the best out of you and challenge you to get out of that comfort zone.

Sometimes we allow ourselves to get stuck simply by comfort and we can't understand why we are not moving forward or being offered new opportunities.

By experiencing relationship with self and others (the horse) you will explore your contact style and how you respond in certain circumstances.
