"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone".

I heard this phrase today and thought wow, how true.

Having an EAP session will help bring the best out of you and challenge you to get out of that comfort zone.

Sometimes we allow ourselves to get stuck simply by comfort and we can't understand why we are not moving forward or being offered new opportunities.

By experiencing relationship with self and others (the horse) you will explore your contact style and how you respond in certain circumstances.

Nikki’s Blurb from the heart

I have worked for the last 15 years in People and Culture and Payroll Services. After long term exposure to the complexities of individual staff needs in business, I was inspired to become a Life Coach in 2002. These new skills enabled me to help the people I worked with closely, as I strived to support everyone around me to make positive changes to their lives and feel safe in doing so.
Under the constraints of the cut throat corporate world, I felt that people were not collectively heard, nor were they understood by the firm. Each and every one of them were not being recognized for their individual strengths, nor were their needs for a different way of learning and personally growing acknowledged. I felt stuck in a world that was not aligned with my values of supporting people to shine.
Fast forward to now. I have always loved horses since I was a child, but never had one. My personal experiences in the corporate world in 2019 had me searching for more connection to nature and a regular outlet from the rat race. This is where my story starts.
Having studied with Equine Psychotherapy Institute as an Equine Assisted Learning Practitioner, my previous life coaching mind was blown away by how this learning model enhanced the personal development experience. It helps people learn, grow, reflect and increase self-awareness in so many different ways. It encouraged learning, developing and growing in a way that I had always thought was missing in the corporate world, giving people more of a chance to come out of themselves and shine.
I now work out of a beautiful space in Thornlands QLD as an Equine Assisted Learning Practitioner with special interests in:
•Self-development post injury/significant life changes/Involuntary workplace adjustments.
•Corporate world - Team building and leadership from the heart
•Adolescents and Youth - To discover who they really are within
•ASD - Learning and growing self from a different point of view

My two beautiful hoof babies Fox and Missy are excited to meet you and take this journey with you. You are the expert in your life and I am here to guide you to find yourself through the process of EAL.

There is something special about being in the presence of a horse. They show us how to be at ease, they show strength, they can reflect in us what we want to see in ourselves.
