ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

There is a reason why AI cannot truly replace writers, poets, creators and thinkers.
AI is searching through the past, churning up existing thoughts and creations, piecing them together neatly, into a hybrid of what has gone before.

It is re-hashing and remodelling from a database we already made.

It is not connecting to the invisible, mystical source, that injects this planet of ours with its beauty, its art, its wonder.

It is not creating new, using heartache as the paper, grief as the pen, stitching together wounds and weaving magic from their blood

Drop by drop, the true creator’s pain is woven into understanding, inspiration, empathy and most importantly of all, that soul connection…
which cannot be explained.

And believe me, the reader, the onlooker, the gazer and lover of such works, will know.

There will be no tingle of goosy flesh, rising to meet that invisible, unexplainable source, as it leaves the thinker’s work and enters into their very being, to be part of a glorious tapestry, forevermore.

Some things cannot be explained, or coded, or created without visiting true soul source.

How living with the seasons can improve our health physically and mentally.

Over the past few years I have been researching eastern therapies, in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic practices. Whether you follow the TCM principles of the 5 energies (Wind, Water, Fire, Earth or Wood), or the Ayurveda 3 energy principle, (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), the theories both look to nature and its energies as a guide on how to live. Every season has its individual energy and characteristic; by mimicking this our own energy and flow in life will not only have synergy with our environment, but strengthen our constitution leading to better health. I have translated this information to create healthy, balanced seasonal programs that are easily adapted into a western lifestyle.
