Yesterday I hosted my first intuitive art workshop at the studio. It was different to the last neurographic workshop I hosted. I definitely think I will make this workshop a regular thing. Seeing how involved my clients got and how they process and express what is hidden or needs working on is a blessing. And I thank all the beautiful ladies who attended. and Dayna. Intuitive art is about letting go of rules and allowing colour, feeling and movement to guide your creativity. It’s not about being “good at art” — it’s about expressing what wants to come through.

During this workshop we’ll begin with a short grounding meditation, set an intention, and then explore painting in a relaxed and supportive space.

I’m always collecting objects I find interesting, or just weird. I love nature and how tiny little things can connect you back to a memory. Some good, some bad but mostly just having a visual cue to jog that memory is a big deal for me.
Just wondering if anyone has lots of little trinkets they would like to arrange in a frame and we can do it with several people as part of a workshop. Let me know if this calls to you and I will organise something.
