In our First Moon Circles, we discuss the importance of cycle charting and the invaluable way they help you to connect to your body and your cycle.

The Bloome Cycle Chart will be gifted to all my First Moon Circle and event participants, starting at our Mama and Daughter Day Retreat next weekend! ❤️

Body FX Health and Fitness and The Little Bloome Co are joining forces to bring a very special mama/daughter day retreat to the Central Coast next month 🌻.
