We offer a variety of classes from gentle beginners and nourishing restorative yoga to more challenging, dynamic and partner acroyoga classes and kids yoga and acroyoga. (previously in Fremantle). Yoga Grooves is a boutique yoga studio offering yoga and acroyoga classes in Canning Vale, Perth, Western Australia. We offer a variety of classes from gentle beginners and nourishing restorative yoga to

more challenging, dynamic and partner acroyoga classes. We also offer kids yoga, family acroyoga, mum and baby yoga, flexibility and strength training and many more to suit different needs and levels. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all, and we strive to create a safe and supportive space for everyone to practice. Small group classes and private lessons offered. Restorative Yoga online via zoom, which is usually on Thursdays 7am AWST (Perth time zone) is switching to Wednesday this week (tomorrow July 23rd at 7am).
Also have Restorative Yoga on Thursday evening at 6pm (in person in Canning Vale). If you would like to join that one also online, please get in touch so I have time to set up my device to cater for both in person & online students. Hey people, hope everyone's having a fab long weekend. Just a note to acroyogis that bookings will close this Thursday June 5th for the next Acroyoga class which is on Sunday June 8th at 11am - 12:30pm. Please have your bookings in and confirmed by this Thursday to secure a spot. After Sunday we'll be switching to Saturdays for the rest of June. Cost per class is $25 per person.

Restorative Yoga on Monday May 5th at 9:45am is open to join both online and in person (in Canning Vale). Other Restorative Yoga classes which are set as in person, may also be available online upon request if you can't make it in to class or you don't live locally.
