Talk about feeling left out! 😂🙋‍♀️

These two absolute legends met at training and have become an incredible source of support and inspiration—not just to each other, but to me too 💪✨ We train hard, we laugh harder, and every session is a vibe…

That was until the memo about co-ordinating outfits clearly got “lost in the mail” 📬😅
Because somehow they showed up in matchy-matchy tees and I rocked up completely unaware.

I’m sensing a conspiracy here… 👀😂

All jokes aside, their accidental (or was it? 😏) matching shirts are actually a perfect symbol of the unity, camaraderie, and energy these two champions bring to every single session 🤍🔥
Thank you ladies for the laughs, the memories, and the reminder that training is better when you do it together 💥👏

😂🐶 Client of the Week Alert! 🏋️‍♀️🔥

Huge shout-out to my amazing client Sharmy! I gave her some exercise homework for the week… and since she didn’t have all the equipment, she did what champions do — she improvised 💡💪

Now here’s the funny part… she used her dog 🐕 as the weight 😂
What made it even better (or worse for her 😈) was when I realised how heavy her dog actually is… and THEN realised the dog is heavier than the weight I’d prescribed 😳🤣

So yeah… there’s a very strong chance Sharmy will be seeing some heavier weights next session 😏🏋️‍♀️😂

Jokes aside, this is what I LOVE to see — initiative, creativity, commitment, and getting the work DONE 👏🔥
Funny? Yes.
Effective? Absolutely.
Excuses? None. 🚫

I sure every coach says they have the best clients—but I truly mean it. And one person who stands out in such a special way is my girl Emma. She’s so much more than a client. She’s someone whose presence lifts the energy of everyone around her, including me.

What makes someone great isn’t having everything perfectly together—it’s showing up even when life is hard, choosing courage over comfort, and constantly looking for solutions instead of excuses. Emma embodies that. She leans into the challenges, keeps her perspective bright, and brings a “glass half full” attitude that inspires everyone who trains beside her.

Emma, thank you for sharing your strength, your optimism, and your incredible spirit with all of us. And PS… you train like an absolute beast. I’m so proud of you. Keep shining, keep pushing, and keep being the inspiration you are. 💛✨

Huge shoutout to my boy Zac for smashing out Jacob’s Ladder with me this morning — after already doing TWO sessions with me AND committing to Jacob’s even after working night shift! WOW 🤩

I’m always blown away when someone has every valid reason to skip a workout — long hours, night shifts, zero sleep — but still chooses to show up for their fitness, their health, and their wellbeing. That takes heart, discipline, and serious character.

And honestly… the transformation I’m seeing in Zac, both physically and mentally, is absolute proof of what stepping out of your comfort zone can do. I’m super proud of you, mate — and you definitely pushed me today too! Keep rising. 🔥💪✨

These amazing women chose to rise early on a Sunday morning and take on a challenge that, for some, was completely new—and for all of us, still pushes the limits every single time. Jacob’s Ladder is no joke. Your lungs burn, your legs shake, and every step reminds you that you’re truly alive.

But what a powerful way to grow your fitness. What a breathtaking reward waiting at the top each round with stunning view of our beautiful city. And most of all—what a privilege it is to share the climb with a group of driven, supportive, unstoppable women who not only push themselves, but lift each other higher.

Thank you, ladies, for an incredible morning. Your energy, determination, and encouragement made every step worth it. I can’t wait to do it again with you

Hey crew! As we head into the very first weekend of this 8-week journey, stay focused, intentional, and proud of the work you’ve already begun.

Weekends can be a sneaky trap, so go in with a plan. Know your schedule, know your habits, and be ready to choose the actions that support your goals—not derail them.

Yes, recharge. Yes, rejuvenate. But walk that line with purpose. Don’t slip into autopilot or let old patterns steal the momentum you’ve built.

You’ve set big goals for a reason. Keep them front of mind, stay accountable, and let this weekend be proof that you’re stronger, more committed, and more capable than ever.

Sometimes even as coaches, we need a little nudge to look after our own workouts, our own minds, and our own bodies. I’m genuinely blessed to be surrounded by clients who lift me up just as much as I aim to lift them. Case in point: Julie. She inspired me today and even welcomed me to jump in and train during her session.

Grateful for the people who remind us to keep showing up—inside and out.
