We’re on the lookout for a bright, organised and friendly person to become the welcoming face of Neuro Alliance as a Full-Time Client Services Administrator.

What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming clients and caregivers to the clinic
- Managing phone enquiries and bookings
- Providing administration and data entry support
- Processing payments and appointments
- Assisting with day-to-day operations
- Creating a positive and supportive client experience
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, professional and compassionate nature
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Passion for helping others
Highly regarded:
- Reception, administration or customer service experience
- Healthcare, allied health or medical administration experience
- Knowledge of NDIS, Medicare or health administration processes
