I understand it can be overwhelming for some, but at the end of the day it is just me and you having a chat about YOU!
The more details you can give the better, but we only have an hour together, and there is a lot we need to get through.
I do a deep dive into your energy, sleep, moods, diets, hormones, menstruation, vaginal health, gut health (yes, including bowel movements 😉) stress and anxiety levels and what your triggers are.
We work together to see where your are lacking support and help build bridges together to get you walking out with the confidence you need to see the results you desire.
