I was sick of carrying around extra kilos. I couldn't fit into my clothes anymore. Now 59 I needed my health in check. I have 7 grandchildren and I would like to watch them grow up, get married and have their own families. I tried many diet programs, simple slimmers, weight watchers, Lite n Easy, Tony Ferguson shakes just to name a few.
I was added to a support page in 2017 and was watching people having losing weight. I thought the results impossible. So I started asking questions and watched the page for about 3 weeks because I thought it was a scam. At my age I don't trust anyone online.
BUT there were so many amazing results I thought...
Ok a month out of my life- What have I got to lose? I soon found out this program was amazing. I have my life back. I have made lifelong friends :) .
