Today was magical in the temple for World Sound Healing Day, where we sent out beautiful intentions for healing our Planet and healing ourselves as we joined the collective field of Soynd Healung across the world.

Valentines Day is a day of love, self live, shared love..love just is.

Each participant grabbed an instrument as we played, chanted, felt ourselves connect as the one heart.
Truly magical and intimate.

In relation to the sunflower, which represented our planet. With the sunflower at the end of its cycle. The intention was to take the sunflower that has all dried up and gift it live and nurturing for a weej or twins collect the seeds ready for rebirth in spring.

My heart is so grateful to those who attended; a special little group of souls who were meant to share in this experience. 🙌💞🤲

SOUL TALK: YOU ARE NOT YOUR STORY....

Maybe because of your story, you are the person you are today!

What if you could step away from that which has tormented you for a lifetime?

I have many clients who have been able to see, sense, and FEEL their own truth, thru a healing session with the dynamic duo of Reiki and Alchemy Singing Bowls.

Because words are just words, your truth is a knowing and speaks volume when it flows authentically, fearlessly, travelling side by side with love of " self"

I had a beautiful soul in for a re-set, re-calibration, she was curious, never had energy work before, didn't know what to expect. .

A few minutes after the energy started to flow, tears fell, rolled down her face, no words spoken, she new her truth. No need to defend herself, slam others, blame anyone. This process was deeply transformative.

She wasn't really aware what was happening for her , she just surrendered and allowed herself to feel. Her soul released deep seated EMOTION ( Energy in motion) . NO need for words, just a remembering of how to feel, she let herself FEEL to HEAL....whatever it was that needed to rise and be present with her, in a safe, nurturing space.

Whatever your holding onto, will remain and present in physical form in your " pain body"
until your brave enough to sit with it and allow that emotion to be heard, to feel it, to finally release it.. freedom is felt. BUT it can come at a price, the healing journey is not an easy one, it , but what price can you put on your freedom?

Remember you are not your story, stay true to your self, whatever us happening for you, you are priceless you are worthy, you are love..
