PLO Team Leader Position, Albury:
We are looking for a committed worker to join the team at Abundant Life Support Services to take on the role of Participant Liaison Officer, Team Leader.

What we are looking for in a Team Leader is:
- Must have a certification in: Disability or Individual Support.
- Experience in team management. Leading and supporting PLO Staff.
- Great communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Over-seeing staff performances.
- An understanding of networking skills.
- A willingness to learn and take onboard new skills
- An understanding of NDIS and compliance. As well as managing rosters.
- We can offer 20-30 hours a week, Mondays – Friday.
