So Narin copped a T-Ball bat to the mouth. Few stitches and one week later. All he has been using is DōTERRA’s Correct-X around his whole mouth as it was quite swollen 🙈 with Frankincense, Helichrysum, Tea Tree, Cedarwood and Lavender this has been a life saver!

To protect myself in the Winter this is what I do 💛
I made a roller over the weekend for Narin and myself. Oregano, On Guard, Easy Air, Tea Tree, Frankincense. You could also add Eucalyptus to the blend. We roll it under our feet before we go to work. Also diffusing On Guard, Eucalyptus and Easy Air 🧡 roll Easy Air touch over your chest.
I also have Oregano and On Guard with a little bit of coconut oil in a capsule to help keep the immune system and keep nasties away.

Clean the bin then put paper towels, or cotton pads on the bottom and a few drops of whatever Essential Oil you like. Here I did Lemongrass 💛 then put in the bag. I use the Eco friendly. Not the scented bags 🙂

My go to oils for a pounding headache can be caused by stress, overthinking, lack of water. And Adaptive roll on aswell 🙈 I forgot to add to the pic.
Apply any of these on your neck, wrists, temples, even lower spine. Absorbed into your body it is a sense of calm, relax and grounding. Also roll on your palms and just inhale for a few seconds and feel it positively affect your mental and physical well being 💙

Washing detergent and can also be used in the dishwasher. Amazing! 🙌 and no nasties in the air 😊 I get this for $16. Or can be purchased as a bundle with dishwashing liquid and multipurpose cleaning spray.

A simple Fractionated Coconut Oil face cleanse to remove dirt build up and other impurities. Leaves your skin feeling so soft and beautiful ✨ A little goes along way. I use FCO for when I make up roller blends. I also use this as a face primer as well. This bottle costs me $16.50 🙂

This morning before work I put 2 drops of Frankincense in my palms, rubbed together then inhaled and put on the back of my neck. I said bye to my little Mia before I left and she licked and licked my hands… safe to say she likes Frankincense 💗

Easy Air 🍃 such a beautiful oil to diffuse around the house, in rooms.
Easy Air is used to clear lungs and sinuses. Drop in palms and inhale. Kills germs in the air. Eases breathing and definitely affects your mood 🙌 also good to drop in corners of the shower especially for the little ones.
Diffuse beside the bed with Lavender to help you sleep. Rub 2-3 drops on your chest and feet. We apply on the feet because they have the largest pores on your body so it is easily absorbed underneath the feet. You do this when need for seasonal threats.
