IT'S TASSIE TIME!
It's finally my turn to visit Tasmania and The Shed will be closed from 29th March to 1st June 2025.
I'm looking forward to forest bathing, oysters, log fires and beaches.

THE SHED IS ON WINTER BREAK.
Dear all, thank you for your business this year, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. 😏🎅
As always, there have been so many good moments in the room and with you on the table. I am grateful for this work that I love doing, your trust and your good sense of humour.
