As 2025 comes to a close, our ownership team want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to our participants, staff, families, friends and stakeholders.

Thank you for trusting us to walk beside you on your journey this year. It had truly been a privilege to support you, celebrate milestone and be part of such meaningful moments throughout 2025.

We are incredibly grateful to be a part of such a caring, resilient and supportive community.

Please note that our office will be closed from 4.30pm on Friday 19th December and will reopen at 08.30am on Monday 5th January 2026.
Our 24/7 on call support service will remain fully operational during this time to ensure continued support. You can reach us on 07 4053 9444

Today we farewell the amazing Tracy as she begins her maternity leave. Tracy has grown alongside NQ Quality Care from the very beginning — starting as a Support Worker, stepping into the role of Client Engagement Specialist, and now heading into her next exciting adventure: motherhood. 💕
