🍓 Raspberry Jelly Weet-Bix Overnight Breakfast

38g protein | No nasties | Meal prep friendly

Ingredients:

- 2 Weet-Bix (4g protein)
- Splash of hot water
- ½ cup high-protein yoghurt (12g protein – Greek-style or your fave clean label)
- 1 serve Protein Supplies Australia Raspberry Jelly (22g protein)
- 50ml hot water
- 50ml cold water
- ½ cup frozen raspberries

Method:

1. Build your base:

- Crumble 2 Weet-Bix into a bowl or container.
- Add a small splash of hot water – just enough to soften – and press it down into a flat layer.

2. Layer the yoghurt:

- Add ½ cup of high-protein yoghurt over the Weet-Bix base and spread it out evenly.

3. Make the jelly:

- In another bowl, mix 1 serve of PSA Raspberry Jelly with 50ml hot water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 50ml cold water, then stir in the frozen raspberries.

4. Chill separately:

- Place both bowls in the fridge for 5 minutes to let things firm up slightly.

5. Combine:

- Pour the jelly mixture over the yoghurt layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Overnight Weet-Bix… but make it a Jam Donut 🍓🍩

Ingredients:

• 2 Weet-Bix

• 3 heaped tbsp Protein Supplies Australia Whey Protein – Strawberry

• 50 ml hot water

• ½ cup high-protein Greek yoghurt

• 1–2 tsp strawberry jam

• 2 tsp monk fruit sweetner

Method:

1. Pour hot water over 2 weetbix, crush and press flat in glass container
2. Mix whey with yogurt and pour over weetbix
4. Add jam in the centre on the mixture (create hole)
5. Refrigerate overnight
6. Top with Monk Fruit Sweetner

Macros (approx):

•Calories: ~353 kcal

• Protein: ~39g
