Our phone are also working again. No upgrade, we have just returned to the old system. Look forward to seeing you all again on Monday!

Is your balance deteriorating? Do you struggle doing certain tasks, changing directions, or walking on uneven surfaces?

Did you know that your balance is trainable! Your balance requires the integration of different parts of your brain and body. If one or more of these areas are not working well then your brain doesn't have the appropriate information to keep you upright. This can make you prone to trips and falls.

Our 6 week balance program incorporates exercises to improve your static balance, dynamic balance and multi-tasking balance.

Reach out to our team if you are interested in joining this program and helping your balance! Spots are limited.
