We are taking on The Push-Up Challenge this year and would for love for you to join us. The Challenge is to complete 3,214 push-ups in 23 days (June 4-26), but you can do half the target if you prefer. Should be a bit of fun.

It’s HERE!!

Join us for a Run, Jog, Walk, Shuffle or a bit of all of them 👌 We welcome all ages and genders to come and be a part of this FREE “Club”

Commencing Saturday the 14th of March, we will meet at “The BIG FISH” on the Tocumwal foreshore and begin at 7am. We will have a course ready but, ultimately, we just want to provide you with a meeting point and an opportunity to move, socialise and start the weekend well. Once completed, you can move onto your weekend or grab a coffee

No finish line medals, no times, just good vibes. So,
dust off the shoes and tag your running / walking buddies 🏃🏃‍♀️

An action packed weekend of moments that shaped one heck of a story. It didn’t all go to plan, but what was made of the things that popped up brought the guys together more.

Everyone contributed, suffered, accomplished, supported and LAUGHED from start to end of the trip. I won’t name individual moments, I’m gonna let the guys who went, savour those moments forever.
Thanks to all the guys for making it such a memorable trip 🤙

I could keep writing but like the video I made, it would be too long and there are too many photos so I will share some more on stories. Otherwise, you just better get in on the next event 👌

Hey Guys!

Just wanted to share an exciting update. We have made a little side step to be able to make more impact to more men out there.

I am building something for the bloke who knows they are carrying too much but still willing to fight for more. I’m seeing too many men fall apart behind the scenes. Physically, mentally and emotionally. We need a community, a support network, unity and action.

It’s time for a no bullsh*t reset for the men who feel the pressure to hold it together but for how long. It’s time to make a STAND
