Dear Loyal Customers,

As of February the 2 Rd 2026 I will be now charging FULL PRICE and finishing appointments before the booked service time if you are LATE for your appointment.

For example if your appointment is booked for 9:00am and you arrive at 9:15, I will begin your treatment when you are ready but your appointment will FINISH on time based on what you booked.

If you only receive a 30 minute massage and have booked for an hour, you will be charged for what you booked not the treatment time you’ve received.

And also Last minutes Cancellation will not reschedule for other an appointment deposit will not refund.
At least 24hr notice.
Shot notice no way I can find anyone to refill on your spot.

Unfortunately this has been an every day occurrence and I have been running late for other customers who are on time, this also means I don’t get any meal times or breaks myself.

Please RESPECT me and your fellow Tom Price residents by arriving 5 minutes early for your appointments with me.
