We enjoyed 6 min of barefoot grounding/earthing at the end of my weekly Calm & Centred meditation class in Gingin this morning. We were surrounded by the beauty, newness & sense of hope that Spring brings! 🌼💛🔅 Lots of love & care put into the flowers & veggies into the garden at Gingin District Community Resource Centre
