Today is an emotional day for me, as it marks my last day trading as Bodymechanic Bowen Therapy.🥺

I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many beautiful people, many of those became friends. It’s been an honour to help you find relief and support you through your journey, and I’ve witnessed some truly amazing results through Bowen.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Without your support and trust in me, I wouldn’t have been able to continue doing what I love for so many years.🫶

This isn’t goodbye, I’ll still be around town for a little while, and if we cross paths, I’ll never turn down a cuddle 🤗

I’m excited for my next adventure and a new lifestyle ✨🏖️ Stay fit, healthy, and happy 😊

Good morning
Welcoming this autumn weather 🌄

📣 Just a reminder, we will continue Bowen Therapy sessions till Thursday 26th March.
Days - all day Tuesday and Thursday's, and the one Friday which will be Friday 13th March.
Alternatively, Reflexology will be available Monday and Wednesday’s.
But don't panic, we will have a Bowen Therapist coming once I leave.
More information to come later in the month.
