If you were watching Channel 7 News on Wednesday night, you might have seen footage of the faster than expected demolition of the building next door to us.
We heard the noise but were safe inside.
For safety concerns, access from Mathoura Road is limited at the moment and the tram stop has been moved to the other side of Mathoura Road.
There is still good access from Malvern Road and we're here ready to help with all your eyecare and eyeware needs

It's not all glasses and eye examinations

When Helen, our optometrist is not at work, she's usually working on one of her many textile projects. Earlier this year she was making a cloak from some fabric samples our colleague Ami had saved from landfill. Her creation - Little Red Riding Hood's, too good for landfill, 'Fire and Ice' cloak - won first prize in the Re-make, Re-use and Re-invent Class at Australian Sheep Breeders Association's Sheep and Wool Show in Bendigo in July and was also awarded a Special Prize for the Most Innovative Entry.
