Working out extensors is such a necessary evil. It feels hard as it is often correcting our head from phone and computer use πŸ’» Our extensor muscles are attached to back of the spine and enable standing and lifting objects. These muscles include the large paired muscles in the lower back, called erector spinae, which help hold up the spine, and gluteal muscles. Time to get moving.

Why progress of exercise is important. The body adapts to exercise quite easily, to whatever workouts we’re consistently performing. So if we continually do the same weights and the same exercises, the body will no longer elicit a response to change. The muscles will not grow or get stronger. So time to up your workout game πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

Our bodies are designed to move! Without adequate movement we not only lose our physical fitness we lose important functions of our body such as range of motion, muscle strength, balance, coordination and we increase our risk of co morbidities related to inactivity such as insulin resistance and osteoporosis.
