Happy New Year's from Studio V!
It is almost that time of year to get back into the swing of things here at the studio, and we are as excited as ever to show everyone what programs we will be running in 2026!
Mondays: Art Club, we will run our normal art club on Mondays, we currently do a wide range of arts from Resin Art, Painting, Drawing, Dot Art, Flow Art and so many other different styles of art and crafts. We even incorporated a bit of the 3D printing into the mix to really add to the many things we do :)
Tuesdays: Dungeons and Dragons from 9AM to 12PM. Anyone who is looking to get into Dungeons and Dragons but does not know where to start, Our Tuesday sessions are the best time to get a taste of the action and is very beginner friendly :)
Magic The Gathering is 12PM to 6PM, Magic the Gathering is a Trading Card Game that focuses on casting spells and enchantments and fighting it out with big and small monsters alike. Our main focus is the incredibly popular Commander Format and is a great game to teach players how the game works! This is a very social group with 6-8 players each week and space to grow :) if you would like to come in and learn how to play the game, we have many spare starter decks to teach and enjoy a casual and social game and make some new friends along the way.
Wednesdays: 3D printing and Video game design day, this is a beginner friendly class that helps to introduce people to the world of 3D printing and Video game design. 3D printing lets us bring some of our clients great ideas to life, if you can think of something it can probably be 3D printed. We currently have just finished an amazing project of creating Babyface from Toy Story, to scale from the movies. Our Videogame Design class has a dedicated digital artist for planning out someones game idea and we storyboard the concepts and get to work on creating the game bit by bit! Both these classes are great for beginners and clients wanting to learn.
Thursdays: Videogame Day, this day is focused around teamwork, Strategy and just having a good time with some good mates playing videogames. A great place to unwind and meet new people and team up and play some games. We currently run most of our gaming off the Xbox Games Pass and Xbox's for team games, be it Minecraft, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Grounded, Ultimate Chicken Horse or Halo, this day is a great way to meet new people and make new friends.
Fridays: Dungeons and Dragons Friday, this is where our main group of tabletop Roleplayers come together and play Dungeons and Dragons, having just finished a year long campaign, we have now got a second table running with a seperate campaign playing the new roleplay game Lancer and one table playing Dungeons and Dragons. Fridays are almost a full house. We get out the Snack foods, Dice, Books and pencils and battle it out in a game driven by imagination .
These are the programs we are currently running during 2026 and are excited to see so many returning faces and new faces.
These programs are open to NDIS participants and are a great social event to meet new people and hang out :) so if you or someone you know might be interested in some of these programs feel free to send this along 😊
