We are heading back to the beach this coming Saturday 9-10am for Beach Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ and Saturday evening at 7pm for our Sacred Chants Cacao & Sound Healing with 🩵💫✨
Then we meet one more time for Sunday morning Yoga at 9-10am .
The forecast is great 😊 low wind and beautiful sunshine ☀️.

Beach Yoga goes to BALI August 8-15th .
Yes I literally meet a beautiful soul who planted the seed of Bali at one of my first Beach Yoga classes . 🩵🧘🏻‍♀️🏖️
After 7 years of running retreats in Australia & the South Pacific we finally headed to
Bali and “WOW “ what an amazingly life changing experience it was . 🙏🏼🩵✨
Yoga Wellness Adventure is the best way to describe our retreats .
And no you do not need to be a seasoned yogi we cater for all levels .
