Did you know brushing your teeth twice daily and flossing at least once can reduce your risk of getting sick?!

Your mouth contains lots of bacteria, most of which is usually harmless. But, lack of oral hygiene can lead to tooth decay, gingivitis (gum disease) and periodontitis (gum infection).

Bacteria increases with these conditions, and can damage other parts of your body (more on this in the image below) 👇.

You can reduce the risk of this happening to you by:
👉 practising good oral hygiene with regular brushing and flossing
👉 eating and drinking healthy foods low in sugar
👉 having regular dental check-ups
👉 quitting smoking.

Look after your teeth and gums, and your body will thank you! ❤️

🦷LET'S TALK VENEERS🦷

Dental veneers are thin, tooth-coloured shells or coverings made of porcelain or various types of composite materials that are placed over the visible parts of your teeth.

The overlays cover the front of each tooth they are applied and look just like natural teeth (but better) and are meant to improve the appearance of your smile.

Dental veneers are customised to match the colour and general shape of your existing teeth so they look just like new and improved versions of your own teeth.
