Feeling for the Toowoomba community at the loss of the PCYC building. PCYC have created a lovely story for children to help them understand and process what has happened:

Every school in Australia needs to have someone registered for this webinar..

Join Dr John Burns as he unpacks the Anti-Bullying Rapid Review and the proposed National Standard on Bullying.

Bullying remains one of the most persistent challenges facing Australian schools, often with the greatest impact on vulnerable and marginalised students. Beyond the social and psychological harms, it can undermine wellbeing, school engagement and academic achievement.

In 2025, the Federal Government commissioned the Anti-Bullying Rapid Review to assess “what works” in bullying prevention and to guide a more consistent national response. The Final Report — released in late 2025 — outlines five priority areas for schools and recommends a new National Bullying Standard for education across Australia.

In this webinar, we will break down the key findings of the Rapid Review and examine what they mean for day-to-day practice in Australian schools. Participants will gain clarity on:

- The key findings of the Review regarding prevalence, impacts and drivers of bullying
- The five priority areas for strengthening school practice
- The proposed National Standard on Bullying and what implementation may involve
- Implications for school policy, teacher practice, wellbeing programs and inter-agency collaboration

This webinar will be relevant for classroom teachers, school leaders, school counsellors, wellbeing staff and policy advisors.

It's so great to see that awareness is growing about perimenopause! It's crucial that women and individuals assigned female at birth (and their loved ones!) are educated and can advocate for their health and wellbeing. Perimenopause can have serious consequences which can impact health, wellbeing, and functional capacity. It's really important to seek out the support you need to navigate this stage. While it can he a real challenge prioritising yourself amongst busy family life, especially when parenting children with additional needs, getting the support you need will impact your wellbeing, ability to manage the challenges of raising children, and have longer-term health benefits. Please prioritise yourself 🩷
