Children experience stress, overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation just like adults — sometimes even more deeply because they don’t yet have the words to express what they feel.

One of the things I love most about my work is supporting our little people. 💫
Spinal Flow sessions for children are incredibly gentle, helping their bodies release stored stress, regulate the nervous system, and return to a natural state of calm and balance.

Tonight we welcome the powerful Pink Full Moon, a moment in the lunar cycle when energy reaches its peak. Despite its name, the moon doesn’t always appear pink — the name comes from the blooming of wild pink phlox flowers that signal the arrival of deeper spring energy in the natural world.

Just as the moon influences the tides of the ocean, planetary and lunar shifts influence the energetic tides within us. Many people feel this as heightened emotions, restlessness, deeper reflection, or a strong pull toward change and release.

A Full Moon is a time of illumination. What has been hidden within our subconscious rises to the surface so we can acknowledge it, clear it, and realign with our truth. Think of it as the universe shining a gentle spotlight on what is ready to be healed, released, or transformed.

Tonight is a beautiful time to:

When the body moves out of survival mode, something powerful happens. The body remembers how to restore itself. The immune system strengthens, hormones begin to rebalance, digestion improves, and the lymphatic system can flow freely again.

True healing isn’t forced — it’s allowed.
