Hey, I’m Jazmyn, your Remedial Therapist here at The Body Tech.

I’m 30, a lover heavy metal, music festivals, dancing and a fellow gym rat 💪

Currently, I'm training for my first bodybuilding competition, so you can trust that I live and breathe the same recovery, discipline, and movement principles I share with my clients.

I’m a total foodie 🍝 so this whole journey has been a challenge! but I’m loving every bit of the growth it’s bringing. It’s been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life.

Earlier last year, I herniated three discs and discovered osteoarthritis in the SI joints. Through discipline, rehab, and consistency, I’m now back in the game — stronger and more passionate about helping others do the same.

Every treatment I provide is backed by that lived experience — the drive to recover, rebuild, and perform at your best.
