At The Body Tech, we value your time and ours.
To ensure we can continue providing the best care for all clients, we kindly remind you that:

❗ Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.

This policy is important because:

Last-minute changes mean we’re unable to fill the appointment time, leaving other clients missing out on care.

It allows us to run our clinic efficiently and keep appointment costs fair for everyone.

Your booking is a reserved time set aside exclusively for you and your treatment needs.

🔗 If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

⏰️ Late Arrival Policy

• If you arrive late, your treatment will finish at the scheduled time so we can remain on schedule for the next client.
