Happy, happy birthday to our incredible Founder, Leah 🥳🎉

From all of us, your team and your clients, we’re so grateful for everything you are and everything you do.

To celebrate Leah (and the beautiful chaos that makes her her), here are some fun facts you might not know:

🍎 Her journey into dietetics began with a QUT website search for “food.” She had no idea what the job actually was.
👩‍🎓 Her resume is anything but boring: switchboard operator, retail assistant, dormie at a boarding school (never again), waitress, and yes — Santa’s Little Helper at Myer.
💻 She founded after DISC profile training showed her she’d only thrive by designing a role from scratch.
🙈 A true introvert at heart: “Clinic days are rewarding but exhausting.”
👭 The eldest of four sisters: “Having sisters is everything.”
🐕 Dog mum to a cheeky cavoodle named Biscuit.
👶 Became a mum 15 months ago, and somehow, Harriet is now a full-blown toddler.
🤰 Found her people after completing fertility & pregnancy training in 2018: “I’ve been a proud member ever since.”
🧑‍🍳 Loves to cook and is a self-confessed foodie, but baking? That’s a no from her.
🍜 Ideal meal? Noodle soup — pho, laksa, udon, ramen.
🍴Go-to food inspo?
💫 Life motto? The only thing guaranteed is change.

Want a list of 10 high fibre foods?

Simply comment FIBRE down below 👇

Fibre supports digestion, feeds healthy gut bacteria, and helps regulate blood sugar and cholesterol. It’s also linked to a lower risk of heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers 🤯

So if you’re not getting enough (like most Aussies!) this list is a great place to start 🙌

But the transition can begin years earlier, often bringing a range of uncomfortable symptoms and increasing the risk of certain health conditions.

The good news?

The right foods can make a big difference. A well-balanced diet may help ease symptoms and support you through this transition.

If that sounds like what you need, our Dietitian Shanna is here to help. Send us a message or click the link in our bio to book an appointment today!
