CHEERS FOR PEERS- March edition!

Congratulations to our employee of the month, Josie!

Although she is new to the HQ office, she has stepped into her role with ease. She has tackled her first solo week, and handled it with flying colours. She ensured her collogues were well supported, whilst managing staffing across multiple facilities, navigating the on-call roster, and dabbling in new processes. That's a lot to juggle, and you handled it exceptionally well!
Congratulations, Josie. Well deserved!

At STATIM, we’re big on relationships, the kind that last.

We’d love to wish Elzette from St Vincent’s Care Services, all the very best as she heads into retirement. We’re incredibly grateful for the trust she’s placed in us and the close relationship we’ve built over the years.

Our connection goes back well before STATIM even began. It’s been a friendship spanning decades. Elzette also played a huge part in helping us kickstart our micro-credentialling program, which is now running across many facilities in Toowoomba.

Kind, compassionate, and incredibly approachable, Ayla naturally builds connections and makes others feel supported. Her real-world experience gives her a unique perspective—she knows firsthand the challenges nurses face and the impact they make every day, which is exactly what makes her support so meaningful.

One of the friendly voices you’ll hear from STATIM HQ, Harmony is often the first point of connection for our clinicians — taking the time to genuinely listen, understand what matters, and connect people with the right opportunities across our facilities.
At STATIM, we pride ourselves on truly understanding both sides of healthcare — the realities on the floor and the demands behind the scenes. Harmony lives this every day. Currently studying nursing and working as an AIN, she brings that grounded, real-world perspective into every conversation, whether she’s supporting a clinician or helping a facility navigate their staffing needs.
