Hello 2026… ✨

A nourishing, slow start to the year and taking time to reflect and honour the past one.

2025 brought much growth, change, inner work and expansion for Nurture Holistic Massage, and honestly stretched me in ways I couldn’t imagine.

🌀 The year kicked off with a Spinning Babies workshop in Brisbane bringing more knowledge, techniques and support for pregnancy and birth preparation massage and my 1:1 partner massage for labour support sessions.

🙌 March took me to Sydney for a Lymphatic Detox workshop that I have since incorporated as a stand alone treatment and added into other treatments with such positive results, completely changing how I see the importance of our lymph system and it’s benefits.

💞 2 of my sons moved out of home which brought up more emotions than I thought it would, even though I am bursting with pride for them, it really hit home the fact I’m moving into a new chapter of motherhood.
(one of them moved back home before Xmas and is now preparing for a trip to Japan, so excited for him 🇯🇵 ❤️)

💖 Mid year I said goodbye to my clinic space of 10 years and opened a new and beautifully aligned clinic space, joining one of the most gorgeous souls and incredible practitioners I know, Leah from . While it wasn’t all smooth sailing, as all new ventures come with their challenges, it rooted my belief in the powers of manifestation.

🪷 October, I up leveled my c-section/abdominal scar release training with amazing Maddie from bringing in deeper healing and expanding my work supporting women with endometriosis, pelvic pain and fertility support, igniting a stronger fire in my belly for how transformative this work can be. 🔥

🙏It is with deep gratitude and thanks that you choose me to be a part of your healing journey.

I will be back in clinic tomorrow and looking forward to a year of more connection, community and deeper healing.

As the year is drawing to a close I will be taking a short pause, to surround myself with my loved ones, rest, reflect and reset.

Thank you to my beautiful community and each client who has walked through my doors, trusted this space, and allowed me to be part of your journey. Your presence, stories and energy are what makes this work so meaningful.

I am so deeply grateful for this community and I thank all those individuals and businesses who have liked shared and referred women my way, thank you for your unwavering trust and support.

This Christmas season Leah and I are collecting donations for young mothers and their babies in support of , a wonderful local organisation that offers support and resources for young Mothers in their pregnancy and into parenthood.

We ask that gifts be left unwrapped and placed in the baskets under our tree at our location at 5a Clairmont Street NEWTOWN.

We will be collecting donations until early December. 🎄 ❤️ 🎄

I’ve just had a beautiful first time Mumma come in today for a Pregnancy Massage to help alleviate some tension and aches. During her consult she mentioned she was planning a c-section birth, so we discussed how she can best prepare her body for comfort during her pregnancy and prepare her for birth, so she can experience a positive postpartum.

We released facial tension, did some lymph work, discussed nutrition, breathwork, and surgical preparation, aftercare and I gave her some simple exercises to do at home.

No matter how you birth, I want all women to feel empowered in their experience, so they can stay connected and feel at home in their body and begin their journey of motherhood nourished and well supported.

This month, we pause to honour the quiet heartbreak carried by so many.

The pregnancies that ended too soon.

The babies who never took their first breath.

And the little ones who were held for only a moment but loved for a lifetime.

To every mother and family walking this heartbreaking path your love, your grief, your story matters and you are not alone in this.

This month can be a really heavy time, if you know someone who is grieving loss, now is a gentle reminder to check in on them, or show up for them.
