Know Parental Alienation

The doctors write lies for them
Psychologists write lies for them
And l have to tell lies for them
It's what they ALL want to hear

I tell lies against you
Because you
have never, ever hurt me

I don't sleep alot anymore
instead of just laying in bed going down the rabbit hole l get up and read or write to stay busy

Here's a poem l wrote about looking into the mirror preparing for another day after surviving another long lonely night

Mirror mirror
on the wall

you need an app
for us all

stranger stranger
is what I see

staring staring
back at me

mirror mirror
on the wall

delete delete
these battle scars

from another
sleepless night before

unfortunately lies take the elevator and truth always takes the stairs
