Our fully trained and experienced therapists can help alleviate the pain and tension caused by repetitious activities from everyday living or sporting injuries. Remedial massage is used in the assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body. It is also used to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management and to promote faster recovery and muscle health. Sports massage is a form of therapeutic massage to ensure high levels of athletic performance and recovery. What is a pregnancy massage? Pregnancy massage, also known as pre-natal massage, promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers. Pregnancy massage is especially beneficial in the second and third trimesters, when the extra weight in your belly puts a strain on your back. Manual lymph drainage massage (also called lymphatic drainage and lymph massage) is a form of very light massage that encourages lymph flow in the body. It is particularly good for detoxification, edema, pre- and post-plastic surgery and post-liposuction. It can also help with cellulite treatments, scar tissue, spider veins, redness and acne

With a father who is a high school physical education teacher and a mother who is a fitness instructor, my interest in the human body started at a young age. Noriko has been working as a Remedial Massage therapist for many years and brings a wealth of knowledge with her.
Noriko treats musculoskeletal pain, postural issues, pregnancy-related discomfort and stress conditions. She combines Remedial Massage for muscle tension with Myotherapy, a more advanced approach addressing joints, nerves and movement. Using techniques such as dry needling and myofascial release, along with her background in Pilates, she focuses on restoring balance between body and mind.
