Devotion: As we have stepped into a new year, I’ve been reflecting on the energy I want to carry through 2026. This year, my guiding word is Devotion.

For me, Devotion isn’t about perfection or pressure to achieve a goal.

It’s about showing up consistently for what truly matters.

It’s about choosing depth over distraction, nurturing growth, and allowing space for rest without guilt.

It’s about aligning my actions, decisions, and energy with intention, love, and purpose.

I hope that this word inspires you as well. Maybe it sparks your own reflection, your own word, or your own way of moving through the year with heart and clarity.

As we close out our 12 Days of Christmas gifts and arrive at Christmas Day, our wish for you is simple and heartfelt.

May you feel grounded and safe in yourself.
May you find moments of presence, even in the noise.
May you remember that you don’t need to be anything other than who you are to belong.

On the 12th day of Christmas, my yogi gave to me…
🤍 Child’s Pose 🤍

A pause. A breath. A moment to soften.

✨ Why Child’s Pose is a gift:
Gently releases the lower back, hips, and shoulders
Calms the nervous system and reduces stress
Encourages rest without guilt

A reminder that slowing down is productive too. We invite you to take time to slow down this season.
When you slow down enough to find presence within, you create the space to truly meet the people and moments in front of you.

Rest becomes the bridge between who you are and how you show up 💓

Warrior II isn’t about going anywhere.
It’s about staying, right where you are, and discovering how much space you can hold.

🌿 Wide-Legged Forward Fold

As the year begins to slow, this mini inversion pose invites us to turn inward and release what we no longer need to carry.

✨ Why this pose is a gift:
Lengthens hamstrings, spine, and inner legs
Releases tension from the neck and shoulders
Grounds the body and calms the mind

Sometimes clarity comes when we bow, not when we push forward. A bit of navel-gazing can make all the difference, restoring balance before our next move.
