📈 Pricing arrangements increasing by 3.95%
📋 New impairment notices for all new participants
👶 Early childhood age limit extended from 7 to 9 years
🔄 Enhanced Code of Conduct requirements for providers
💰 Fairer and more equitable pricing structures
