All Access Day at the Beach 🏖️☀️

Make sure you come along for an afternoon of free family fun and help celebrate International Day of People with Disability!

Starting prep is a big step!

Our Slacks Creek Therapists recently ran a 'prep for prep' group that aimed to develop some of the skills needed for a smooth start to the first year at school.

The group practised fine motor skills and all the activities to be ready for school like sitting in a circle, playing together and enjoying morning tea!

Our Skills 4 Life program is a great way for teenagers with disability to learn the skills they need to live a more independent life and build confidence through fun and practical activities.

Available in all Queensland Centres - programs are filling up for 2024!

We are excited to let you know about the next steps in the merger of Montrose with Northcott.

Since June last year, we have continued to operate under separate brands in Queensland and New South Wales. To support further improvements in our services, Montrose will operate under the Northcott brand from 1 January 2024.

Our Slacks Creek OTs have been celebrating Occupational Therapy Week! In our pic, Abigael, Ruqayya, Krisley and Danielle are joined by OT Student Emma.

As part of her placement, Emma developed a sensory processing information sheet and toolbox for parents to explore with their children.

Sensory processing refers to the process of taking in, organising and responding to the information we receive through our senses, such as the sights, smells and noises around us.
