Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a tidy yard, and wants to make a meaningful difference in your community? We’re a small, friendly NDIS support business looking for a reliable and motivated Yard Maintenance Worker to help keep our clients’ outdoor spaces safe, clean, and enjoyable.

Must have yellow card, or be able to get one.
Hours - 5 to 15 per week
Immediate Start

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and general garden upkeep
Clearing paths and outdoor areas for safety and accessibility
Light handyman tasks (if experienced)
Engaging respectfully with NDIS participants and their support teams

✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in yard work or outdoor maintenance (formal or informal)
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Respectful, inclusive approach to working with people of all abilities
Manual driver’s licence
